Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times (EU)

Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the European Union are as follows:

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Any applicable rates and free-shipping thresholds will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (VAT)

For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the product price at checkout, so there are no surprise charges on delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package's journey to your door. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@lunemer.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@lunemer.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
